Shrewsbury inclusive live music night with afternoon tea

We all love a night out and the chance to see some live music, and who doesn't love afternoon tea? Unfortunately, not many of these events are able to cater to sensory needs, disabilities and inclusivity.

Absolute Events has partnered with Nerdy in Shrewsbury, a fully accessible venue who pride themselves in their inclusivity, having taken part in Shrewsbury Pride in previous years and still staying proud with their Pride flag on display, and on January 19 they will be welcoming Liverpool based artist Lydia Rowlands (They/Them) for a two hour set of chilled out folk/indie music with afternoon tea.

With a full menu catering to all dietary needs, an accessible bathroom complete with hoist, a quiet zone where music can be heard but is not overwhelming, and a secluded room where you can go to get away from noise or people for sensory downtime!
