Community and creativity come together this festive season
The Arts Centre Telford (TACT) is bringing festive joy to the community with its first-ever Christmas Fayre, taking place on Saturday, 21 December at its Ketley base on Holyhead Road.
This family-friendly event is set to be a magical start to the Christmas period, offering something for everyone to enjoy.
The Fayre will run from 9am to 1pm, with free entry for all visitors. Expect a vibrant atmosphere as local businesses showcase their unique products and crafts - perfect for last-minute Christmas gifts. The event will also feature live music performances, adding a festive soundtrack to the morning.
Visitors can enjoy delicious food and drinks served by the TACT Café, alongside fun games and activities for the whole family. With plenty to see and do, the Fayre promises to be a celebration of community spirit and holiday cheer.
But the festive fun doesn’t end there! After the Fayre, TACT invites everyone to its Christmas Concert, hosted at the beautiful St Alkmund’s Church in Shrewsbury. This enchanting evening will showcase talented performers from TACT including the community choir (A Choired Taste), the TACT Youth Choir, and the flagship Voices in Partnership, filling the church with the sounds of the season from 7pm, entry £15.
