Three-year-old Labrador Nora loves heading out on adventures, meeting new people, having fun and snuggling up with her loved ones at the end of a busy day, so the team are hoping that as love is celebrated, Norah will find her own special someone to give her her furry-tail ending.

Sophie Ashton, Assistant Manager at Dogs Trust Shrewsbury, says: “Nora is lovely. She is full of personality and a really loyal canine companion. She loves to play, particularly with squeaky toys and tennis balls, but she loves to learn new things too so will be a great partner to the right people.

“She really deserves to find the love of her life and we’ve got our fingers crossed that Valentine’s Day will send Cupid’s arrow soaring the way of this gorgeous girl.”

Nora loves adventures so will need a secure garden with high fences, so she doesn’t have the chance to head off on her own. She is very interested in livestock and is being trained to wear a muzzle, which she is doing brilliantly with. She can live with secondary-school aged children but would like to be the only dog in the home so she can lap up all the love on offer.

Sophie says: “Nora has such a sweet nature she will be a wonderful addition to a family who wants to spend as much time doing fun things with her, as she does with them. She will be by your side through thick and thin and we can guarantee she will bring a smile to your face every day, as well as give you great cuddles. There’s nothing more anyone could ask for from a four-legged friend.”
