The development, named Saints View, offers homeowners the perfect balance between rural and urban living, with a variety of different home styles to meet the needs of a diverse range of buyers, such as young families, downsizers, commuters and more.

In collaboration with renowned housebuilder Tilia Homes, Bromford is delivering high-quality, energy-efficient three-bedroom homes in detached and semi-detached styles, with purchases on selected homes before the end of February given £500 towards buyers’ legal fees upon completion.

Bromford Shared Ownership gives first-time buyers and those who do not currently own a property the opportunity to secure a new build home with Bromford. Homebuyers pay a mortgage on the share they own, and pay rent on the remaining share, meaning a smaller deposit is required.

Then, when the time is right, the homeowners can purchase more shares through a process called staircasing, gradually increasing the ownership of the home.

One of the newly-released homes at Saints View is the Melford, which can be secured with a deposit as low as £3,875 for a 25 per cent share value.

Residents will walk into a welcoming hallway which blends into the integrated kitchen-diner to the rear, leading out to the turfed garden through stylish French doors. Adjacent is the contemporary lounge area with natural light emanating from the front of the property and the perfect space for relaxing or entertaining guests. Extra space for storage and a downstairs bathroom complete the ground floor.

Upstairs is a main bedroom with ensuite at the front of the property, with a stylish family bathroom to the rear, with the medium bedroom adjacent and a smaller room, which could be utilised for other purposes at the front.

The Melford is equipped with allocated parking, central heating and double-glazed windows, with Shared Ownership helping to make this high-quality home more accessible without the need to save for a large deposit.

Karen Adams, Sales Manager at Bromford, said: “When looking for your dream home, key criteria include affordability, quality, energy-efficiency and versatility. The Melford, along with the other properties at Saints View, ticks all of those boxes.

“We’re really proud of the great community that has been cultivated at this development, which is in a superb location for a variety of home seekers.

“Our partnership with Tilia Homes means we can rest assured that our buyers can feel at home right away when they move in.”

Saints View is a short distance from the picturesque settings of the Wrekin and South Shropshire Hills, allowing residents to absorb the fascinating Shropshire countryside, while the extensive nearby road and rail networks allow Shrewsbury, Stoke-on-Trent, Wolverhampton and Birmingham to be easily accessible.

Bromford is part of the National Shared Ownership campaign supported by the National Housing Federation. The campaign to raise awareness of Shared Ownership, supported by almost 50 organisations. For more information, please visit bromfordhomes.co.uk.
