Financial Times lists Dodd Group as one of the UK’s best employers
Dodd Group, a Shropshire Electrical and Mechanical Engineering business has been recognised as one of the top 500 employers in the UK by the Financial Times in its inaugural Best UK Employers 2025 list.
Compiled in partnership with data provider Statista, this prestigious ranking is based on feedback from over 20,000 employees across all industries. Participants were anonymously surveyed on key workplace factors, including employee satisfaction, company culture, employer reputation, and career development opportunities.
